By accessing or using Sure, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, purchase products, submit payment proof, or access any related services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the store, including buyers of FiveM resources, maps, add-ons, weapon-related content, and custom photo or graphic design services.

Sure sells digital goods and creative services. Products may include scripts, server resources, maps, add-ons, graphic assets, branding materials, and related digital content.

All products are provided subject to the product description, licensing rules, compatibility limitations, and any delivery method stated on the product page or communicated by the store team.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining access to your Discord account or any linked account used to sign in.

You must not impersonate another person, bypass access restrictions, share protected account access, or attempt to obtain products that you have not lawfully purchased.

All prices, balances, and top-up amounts are listed and processed according to the payment methods supported by the store at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for submitting valid payment information and accurate payment proof. Invalid, duplicate, manipulated, reversed, or suspicious transactions may be rejected, suspended, or investigated.

The store may change product pricing, discounts, bundles, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

After successful payment, digital products are generally delivered through account-based access, licensing, or other delivery methods used by the store.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

Licenses may be restricted by user account, server usage, technical controls, allowed IP settings, or other anti-abuse measures used by Sure.

You are responsible for making sure that purchased resources are compatible with your FiveM server, framework, dependencies, and intended use case before buying.

You are also responsible for proper installation, server configuration, backups, and safe testing. The store is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, poor configuration, third-party conflicts, or unauthorized modifications.

You may not resell, leak, redistribute, sublicense, share, crack, decompile, publicly release, or otherwise exploit store products beyond the license granted to you.

You may not use the store for fraud, abuse, payment manipulation, harassment, unlawful activity, or attempts to attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt store systems or protected resources.

Because most products are digital and may be delivered immediately, all sales are generally final unless the store explicitly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.

Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals may result in suspension of access, revocation of licenses, denial of future purchases, or additional review by the store team.

For photo or graphic design services, delivery timelines, revision scope, and final output may vary based on the project brief and communication provided by the customer.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, draft concepts, rejected revisions, and working files remain the property of Sure, while the customer receives usage rights only to the final approved deliverables under the agreed scope.

Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to provide stable, high-quality work, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent compatibility, or error-free operation in every server environment.

FiveM ecosystems, frameworks, game builds, and third-party dependencies can change over time, which may affect compatibility or behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or server issues arising from use of the store or its products.

If liability is established, it will be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version posted on this page will control future use of the store. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
